Vertical Dance Ltd has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any non Vertical Dance Center, LLC off-site pages or sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

Although Vertical Dance Ltd may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Vertical Dance Ltd is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. MEMBERSHIP SECURITY

Members of Vertical Dance Ltd,  may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by Vertical Dance Ltd as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

Vertical Dance Ltd reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.
 

GIFT MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Any recipient or user of a Gift Membership is bound by all Terms and Conditions listed herein.

Gift Memberships do not renew automatically.

FREE TRIAL TERMS

The one week (7 day) free trial only applies to customers purchasing an X-Pole directly from Vertical Dance Ltd or from whitter26 on EBay.
 

MEMBERSHIP BILLING

Payment via PayPal only. If you pay via PayPal echeque your password will not be issued until receipt of cleared funds, following the free trial period,  All memberships are NOT renewed automatically.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE LESSONS

Viewing video and audio material on the site requires broadband access. No refunds are given for failure to have broadband, including Gift Memberships of memberships purchased for third parties.

X-POLE

All prices above exclude postage and packing.  When adding to your order, please select the delivery method of X-Pole equipment delivery (costs £11.74 to the UK)  which supplies 3 day delivery plus 1 day handling, when in stock (no Saturday delivery) to anywhere in the UK (Except channel Isle and Ireland).  KT does not take delivery of the poles so you MUST add on the p+p.

Orders must be received before 12noon for 3 day delivery. If you purchase before 12 noon on a Friday you will receive your pole on Monday/Tuesday (when in stock). We can not give an exact time for delivery, if you are not in when your pole arrives a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery, how ever by purchasing the pole you agree to be at the delivery address to sign for your pole. If you do not collect your pole it will be returned to us and you will be recharged for the pole to be reshipped. If you are persistently not in to receive your item you will be charged £5 per item. If you have a query on delivery please contact customer support on 07958 220 259. Vertical Dance can not be responsible for items once shipped, we will supply tracking, the customer must arrange for redelivery using the tracking number.

REFUND AND RETURNS
If you would like a refund on the pole, once purchased it must be returned to us within 14 days, there will be a 10% admin fee. If you would like a refund on the pole once dispatched, there is a 10% admin fee Plus the postage charge, as long as the box and envelope has not been opened. The pole must be returned at the cost of the buyer. Please contact us for a return address. Due to PayPal refund charges if you wish to have a refund we will pass on the PayPal charges to you.

We are unable to refund Pole Pads or pole crash mats are they are made to order.

CLASS/LESSON/COURSE BOOKINGS

You can join a class at any time (when not fully booked) as classes are designed to each students level. Classes are non transferable. Refunds will only be given with 7 days notice before the start of the course/class/party. 24 hour notice must be given when unable to attend the class or you will forfeit. You must complete your 6 week course within a 8 weeks of booking unless agreed via email by Vertical Dance. Once you have paid for your class/course you must come to the next available lesson, unless otherwise pre arranged. You have one month from time of

You must be over the age of 18 to join a Vertical Dance Class or 16 with parents consent.

ONLINE LESSONS/ONLINE TEACHER TRAINING
The online instructional data base requires that you have at least 1MB speed broadband. If you do not the video clips will either not play or they will start and stop so please check with your broadband provider the exact speed of your connection before signing up, we can not give refunds once the areas have been accessed and your IP address logged.  We do every thing with in our power to assist your online experience with us, how ever we can not be responsible for your PC problems or the following: if your PC or Laptop is MAC, if you have slow broadband or a dialup connection, if your PC or Laptop is old or has old windows programs, if you have a problem with the set up or your computer system.

You should receive your password within 10 minuets of payment or once you have received conformation from Vertical Dance if you have the 1 week free lessons. If you have not received it please firstly check your spam folder then please check that you correctly inputted your email address (and you have not sent it to another of your email accounts), then go to the log in area, put in your email address, making sure of the correct spelling and then request a new password.  You will receive it in a few minuets.

Due to the nature of our online instruction and copyright issues, we are unable to refund on any of our courses or discounted course packages.  Any one suspected of abusing the system, sharing passwords or teaching materials will be denied access to the system and dealt with by a court of law.

VERTICAL DANCE WORK OUT INSTRUCTOR COURSES
The course is non transferable or refundable. If the participant wishes to change the course to a different date within two weeks of the start date of the course a £100 charge will apply. If the participant refers their assessment and new date will need to be booked by the participant a cost of £50, this must be done with in six months from the date of referral or the course must be taken again.

Reps certificates can take up to eight weeks to arrive, we will write to successful candidates confirming their pass, this letter can be used as proof of pass for insurance and other purposes.

INSTALMENT PLAN
Purchasing the instalment plan commits you to the product that you have signed up to purchase. Once you begin paying you can not be refunded and the payment can not be transferred to another product or person. There is no minimum time limit on instalments. Once you have completed payment, please email us and we will check payments and then dispatch your item. Please be advised that items can only be dispatched if in stock. We do not hold items on reserve.

PERFORMER BOOKING
All Vertical Dance invoices must be paid with in 30 days from receipt, either in to the Vertical Dance Ltd Bank account or by cheque.
