Trademark and Copyright

The name Tri-Fly Fitness, its associated logos, branding, instructor programs and video clips are the sole property of TRI-FLY FITNESS LTD.

The TRI-FLY FITNESS Logos were designed to designate products and services developed by TRI-FLY FITNESS, and may be used by licensees in its exact form to advertise and promote the TRI-FLY FITNESS  programs. Under no circumstances may the TRI-FLY FITNESS  Logo be used, without TRI-FLY FITNESS ,  express written permission, to manufacture and sell products such as clothing or any other merchandise.  TRI-FLY FITNESS members have access to the correct format of the ZUMBA Logo in the Marketing Materials. The Logo is not to be used in any form that varies from the sample provided and must not be used in combination with any other trade name or logo.

The TRI-FLY FITNESS Instructor programs have been created by Emma Robinson and KT Coates of TRI-FLY FITNESS LTD. The manuals, workbooks, sequences, chorography, video clips and course content

Tri-Fly Fitness Licence

In order to become a licensee of Tri-Fly fitness you must have completed and passed our course. The licence entitles the instructor to use the Tri-Fly name and logo when promoting their classes. If the instructor wishes to terminate their licence at any time they must must cease using the Tri-Fly Fitness name and logo. For further information on licences please contact us.

Tri-Fly Fitness Courses/Classes/Workshops

Tri-Fly Fitness instructor courses can not be refunded once the participant has received the training manual and accompanying information. Courses can not be transferred.

Tri-Fly Classes and courses require 14 days notice of cancellation with a full refund. No money will be refunded after this period. Courses and classes can not be transferred. If a class is missed no refunds will be given and the classes can not be made up.

Participants should arrive 10 minutes prior to the class/course/workshop commencement

Tri-Fly Fitness reserves the right to:
Refuse admission to classes and courses.
Change course/class/workshops dates, times, locations and instructors
Omit late comers to the class/course/workshop
Refuse entry to those who have not completed a health questionnaire
Change our terms and conditions and pricing at any time.

Returns and Exchange

Tri-Fly equipment can be returned to us at the cost of the purchaser and only in an unopened or and new conditions. A full refund minus the shipping cost will be given. NO refunds can be given on custom items such as swings and mats. Returns should be received within 14 days of purchase.

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to TRI-FLY FITNESS.
