Join the overseas
course:
You sign
up HERE if you have just
paid for the beginner course a password will automatically be sent
out to you, how ever if you have taken advantage of out discount by
ordering all three courses, we will send out a password to you as
soon as we can, please remember there is a time difference, also
some times our passwords get caught by your spam filter so be sure
to look in your spam file before emailing us. If you have not
received your password within 24h please check you have given us the
correct email and not misspelt it, if you have contact us and we
will sort it out for you.
Start the overseas
course:
Once you have access to the course area,
read through the instructions and send the initial paperwork to us,
then complete units 1-4 and send them to us, once this is completed
you can do the online test and then send us your DVD.

There are two ways to get a discount, the
first is to book all courses at once and the second is to do a group
booking, please contact us for more details.

The videos work
There can be a number of reasons:
- You are using a MAC computer, our system is not compatible to
Mac's so we do not recommend that you purchase online lessons or the
online instructor course if you have either of these.
- You have dial up or slow broadband connection. Our Videos can not
be viewed on either so we do not recommend that you purchase online
lessons or the online instructor course if you have these. The
videos will play for a short time and stop and start. Please check
your speed by doing a PING test as we can not give you a refund once
passwords have been issued and you have logged on to the system.
The CD work that came with the course
The CD can only be used on a computer. you
must down load the file in the folder in order to view the clips.

My account or my password work for the over
seas course
There can be a number of reasons.
Are you typing it in correctly - the best thing to do is to cut and
paste it
Are you being case sensitive - what we mean is are you typing it
using lower and upper case where needed?
Have you changed some thing on your account and need to be
reactivated?
Some times your computer stores
passwords and if you have typed them incorrectly it will not allow
you to log on, so you need to clear the memory.
If all else fails to the login section and click on forgotten
password and it will send you another one. Please also check that
you have given us the correct email, as the system will only send
out a password to the email address we have.
Your account may have been maid inactive for a number of reasons:
You have reached your 3 month time limit - you will need to contact
us if you need extra time
You have found to have been using more than one computer/IP address
or sharing your password - you will be removed from the site.
Your payment may have failed or your payment has been stopped by
PayPal or your bank - you need to contact them to resolve the
situation.
