KT performs with Fidget Feet, Irelands most respected Circus. KT was Lucky enough to perform in the Spegal tent to 300 family audience. There were gasps and cheers from all and one of the best experiences of KT's Pole career. Please check back for a video of the performance.

After many requests KT has filmed two instructional DVD for the fitness pole dancing market. The first is basic to intermediate and the second is intermediate to advanced.  Vertical Dance would like to thank Stacey, AJ and Kat for playing a major part in the DVD. Vertical Leisure is planning to display and demonstrate X-Pole at the Venus show in Berlin. Vertical Leisure therefore requires 3 experienced pole dancers to demonstrate and assist in promoting X-Pole at Venus on our new purpose built X-Pole stand. The dancers will have all their travel and hotel expenses covered as well as a daily engagement fee and meal allowance. At least one of the dancers will be required to speak German and the ability to speak a main European language will be of benefit. The dancers will be required in Berlin for the duration of the show from the 18th~22nd October. Please email Stacey at stacey@verticalleisure.com

Well done to the Vertical Dance team that took part in the race for life in the sweltering heat. Odd looks were given when we all turned up as the Eric Prize girls. Our Lisa came in 5th and I came in 27th out of 2000 people. We raised over £500 for cancer research.

The Vertical Studio is now up and running. Its in Waltham Abbey, Essex and has 2 x-poles, Heating/air conditioning, sound system, trick matting and DVD player. Its perfect for those who need a helping hand to master those tricks or for those who feel a little shy in a group environment.

Erotica update.....second to the main stage X-Pole has one of the largest stages. You will find us opposite the main stage. Come down to see us and have a go on the poles, check out new X-Pole products and see the X-Pole dancers in action. It will one hell of a show.

We need a number of dancers for erotica, so we will be holding auditions for pole dancers of advanced and super advanced pole trick standard. You need to be fit, attractive, hard working, bubbly and personable. You need to be available from the 17th - 20th November. In return we will pay you well for your time, provide hotel accommodation, cute costumes and the opportunity to work on future projects. The launch of scarlet magazine was fab. AJ and myself pole danced to a packed house. Hopefully there will be more parties to come.

Filmed my first pole dance DVD which will be out in August. full of tips, basic pole dance moves and a warm up. This will be given away if you book a course with vertical dance.

MISS POLE DANCE UK COMPETITION
I came 1st runner-up in the comp in May. The trophy is in my loo awaiting my Oscar. We had a great time and look forward to other comps.
 

ELLE PARIS
Mr X and myself popped over to Paris in June to help out French Elle with a magazine article on pole dance. The fantastic Photographer Oliver Rose took a few pics of me which even make me look half decent.
 

RUDE GIRLS
I helped out Kat down at rude girls. The girls were great and really enjoyed my pole dancing. If your free for the next one go and check it out. There is no men aloud.

TALK NIGHTCLUB
I've been taking my pole and stage down to talk in South-end for the last 2 months. A really fun night with some cool and funky people.

GLOBAL GATHERING
My second year in the Gods Kitchen tent. I pulled out all my new moves in front of 13,000 people and they went down a treat. Had a great 24hours but god I've got some bruises. Stacey was too drunk to take any decent pic's but here's one.
