Mary Ellen has been a friend of mine for many years, we met on a forum and she been a firm friend ever since. I have seen her grow as a pole dancer and person over those years and I admire what she has achieved. Her business www.empowermentthroughexoticdance.com has become one of the most respected pole dance schools in the USA. Mary Ellen wont kill me for saying this but at nearly 50 she has done fantastically, I certainly know how hard pole dancing is the older you become, so she has my great admiration. Her recent achievement has been gaining CEUs from AFAA for her instructor course which I know how proud she is. Well done and keep up the good work!!!
