Vertical Dance

The Vertical Studio is home to one of the best and most respected pole fitness schools in the world. Our purpose built 7 pole
studio caters for beginner, intermediates, advance and super advance students. We also have our own private one to one
studio for in depth training. The Vertical Dance instructor qualification can also be taken at this studio. The Vertical Studio

Hula Hoop

Yes it back! Our retro hula class will get you BLT (butt, legs and tums) toned to perfection in one of the most fun and challenging
workouts yet! We use large weighted hoops especially designed for exercise and we work through hooping technique and hula

routines. This class is suitable for all levels.


Belly Dance

Belly dance your way to a fitter, hotter body! Our fusion classes cover many styles from Egyptian cabaret, Turkish, Lebanese,
American tribal style to the hip swing moves of shakira. This class will tone your tummy and hips and help create awareness of
your body.
 

Vertical Core

This fantastic class utilizes a vertical bar and resistance bands to work out the whole body, build strength, tone and improve
your cardio vascular system. The double durable resistance bands have been adapted to attach to our vertical bar. You will
be taken through a series of strength building exercises to improve core strength, perform intense cardio activities. Be
prepared to be rocked to the core! This class is suitable for all skill levels

 

Gliding

Gliding™ exercises allow you to do smooth, graceful movements that firm, tone and sculpt long, lean beautiful muscles. The
secret is the revolutionary sliding motion that engages your muscles through a full range to strengthen and lengthen the major
muscle groups of your entire body. You can sculpt shapely legs, tone your inner and outer thighs, trim your hips and firm and
lift your buns. This a great low impact twist on a aerobic workout.

 

 

Bosu Body

Get the body you have always wanted with our bosu. Its amazing what you can do with this equipment. You can use it right way
up, up side down, in place of a step, for building core strength, leg strength, improving your cardio ability, for sit ups,
press-ups and much more. Your balance and control will be second to none after a few classes. Our Bosu body blitz classes will
have you training like an athlete.
 

 

Rebounding

Add a bounce into your step by taking one of our rebounding classes. Work against gravity on these mini fitness trampolines,
its safe, fun and gentle on your body. Its not about jumping high, its about control, so that you build strength, endurance,
coordination and balance. The bounce produces 1/3 of the impact from jogging so it wont produce stiff joints or aggravate
joint injuries. Rebounding is great for young, old, male and female

 

 

Cheerleading

We are bringing the razzmatazz of American cheerleading to the Vertical Studio. Perform synchronised routines using hand
signals, jumps and footwork to the latest tunes. This class will give you an all over work out, using simple moves that any one
can pick up. We supply the pompoms!!!
