Add a bounce into your step by taking one of our rebounding classes. Work
against gravity on these mini fitness trampolines,
its safe, fun and gentle on
your body. Its not about jumping high, its about control, so that you build
strength, endurance,
coordination and balance. The bounce produces 1/3 of the
impact from jogging so it wont produce stiff joints or aggravate
joint injuries.
