Our aim is to provide a stimulating, fun environment for child
to develop both their personal and social skills, while
you take one of our classes or treatments.
We have baby sitting staff on hand to ensure that your child's stay
is made as safe and enjoyable as well as being educational.
The minimum age we will take children is from approximately four
months, ensuring the child's booster vaccination program has
been completed. The Vertical baby sitting service can accept children up to
the age of five. For over five's please see our kids class
schedule for fun and entertaining fitness, dance and circus
skills classes.
Booking
* You can book 7 days in advance
* Booking can be made online, via telephone or at the studio
* Booking times must be adhered to.
* A booking is non refundable however if 24h notice is given you
can transfer it to another date
Admission Policy
* On the first visit a registration form must be completed by
the parent/carer
* All documentation will be kept in a locked cabinet.
Parents/carers have full access to any information on their
child
* Parents/carers must sign their child in and out on a daily
basis
* Children can only stay for a maximum of 2 hours per day
* When capacity is reached no further children will be admitted.

* The parent/carer must stay on the premises at all times while
their child attends the crèche.
*Parents/carers may be contacted if their child does not settle
* All corporate policies & procedure can be made available to
parents/carers on request
* If a child is unwell or appears to have an infection (such
as eye or green nose), the supervisor will inform the parent
that the child can not be accepted
* Staff will not administer general medication to children
* In the event of a non collection, every effort will be made to
contact parents/carers. After 1 hour social services will be
contacted.
Emergencies
An emergency phone number must be left with the crèche
supervisor, this number should be accessible at all times while
the child is in crèche. In the event of a fire alarm or drill
the parent/carer is required to leave the building by the
nearest exist or as directed by staff members. Do not return to
the crèche. Your child will be escorted to the assembly point in
the car park, by the crèche staff and you will be reunited with
your child.
Child Protection
The Vertical Studio will ensure that all staff supervising or
coaching children have already been police checked or provided a
satisfactory CRB disclosure. All staff have training and
experience with children.
